Abstract

This article presents the most advanced information available on leading global technologies that enable remote interaction with substances and objects, as well as the transmission and modulation of their properties through various frequencies, energy fields, and resonant influences.
For the first time, a comprehensive selection of scientific technologies is brought together within a unified framework - ranging from non-invasive electromagnetic biomodulation to quantum biophysics of water - synthesized with a philosophical-esoteric system that incorporates elements of occult metaphysics, wherein consciousness and energy are regarded as active constituents of reality.

This integrative approach yields a unique synthesis of two realms:

  1. Science - precise measurement, experimentation, field-based interaction, and bioengineering.
  2. Metaphysics - consciousness as a fundamental principle, field-based reality, and processes of individual evolution.
Together, these domains form an alternative model of human-universe interaction, where the mind is not a byproduct of the brain but an active participant in the cosmos.
The first part of the article offers an overview of key international breakthroughs in related scientific fields. The second part explores the philosophical foundations and metaphysical dimensions of the subject under investigation.

The third and final section of the article presents the author’s original concept and is dedicated to describing this proprietary technology.
It is grounded in years of observation, practical experience, and exploratory research, offering a detailed exposition of the principles, rationale, and core essence of the proposed approach.

Part 1: Technologies from Leading Scientists and Researchers Worldwide

On July 15, 2014, the Journal of Emerging Directions in Science (Vol. 5(2), pp. 108-117) published an article titled:

"Technologies That Challenge Contemporary Thinking: Transmission of Medicinal Properties via Communication Channels"
(authors: K.G. Khachumova, B.P. Surinov, V.L. Voeikov, E.P. Germanov, A.A. Fedorenko. Supported by the Association of Unconventional Science).

Overview of the Content
This publication reviews dozens of approaches united by a central concept:
The remote transmission of the properties of biologically active substances (BAS) using electromagnetic fields - without any physical or chemical contact.

Operating Principle
Capturing an "informational copy" (IC) from a substance and transmitting it to a secondary carrier - such as water, plastic, glass, alcoholic solutions, and others.

Historical Background
The experiments of Jacques Benveniste, which demonstrated the possibility of remote influence of substances via radio and internet channels.

Physical Basis
The use of solenoids and signal generators to read and encode the electromagnetic signature of a substance.

Infrastructure
Transmission of informational copies (IC) via the Internet to devices containing carriers (e.g., CD discs) capable of modifying the properties of water.

Experimental Evidence
Informational copies (ICs) have been shown to alter the characteristics of drinking water, including its luminescence properties.
Saline solution treated with ICs exhibits immunomodulatory effects comparable to those of the original pharmaceutical substances.
Animal model studies have demonstrated similarities between the effects of conventional drugs and their informational counterparts.

Clinical Observations
Over 5,000 patients were monitored while consuming water imprinted with informational copies (ICs) of various pharmaceutical agents.
In 92.6% of cases, positive changes were observed with no reported side effects.
When used in conjunction with conventional pharmacotherapy, accelerated recovery was frequently noted.

Theoretical Framework
The approach references the theory of coherent domains in water (Del Giudice et al.), which proposes that water can store and transmit information by altering its structural organization.
Potential influences of cosmophysical and electromagnetic factors are also considered as variables affecting the reproducibility of the observed effects.

Advantages of the Technology:
Enables remote transmission of biological effects.
Lacks the side effects commonly associated with conventional pharmaceuticals.
The article is supported by an extensive list of 40 scientific sources, including international patents, peer-reviewed publications, and foundational works in the fields of biophysics, immunology, and quantum water theory.

Mechanisms of Action Include
  1. Ionic Fluxes
  2. Structural Alterations In Water
  3. Resonant Interactions
  4. Dipolar And Electric Alignment

Theoretical and experimental studies indicate the possibility of electromagnetic transmission of biological information - ranging from DNA structure to pharmacological effects.

Part 1.3: Based on the information presented above, the following conclusions can be drawn

Key Mechanisms

Resonant excitation - a cell or molecule responds selectively to its characteristic frequency.
Ionic fluxes across membranes - weak EMFs can open or modulate ion channels.
Influence on interfacial water - the structure of water bound to proteins can be altered by electromagnetic fields.

Dipolar alignments - particularly pronounced in high-frequency fields (100-300 kHz).
Weak fields are not noise, but signal - when the frequency is precisely tuned, even ultra-weak fields can be effective, operating on the principle of resonance.

Theoretical Application Potential
  1. Medicine: treatment of infections, stimulation of healing, non-invasive tumor therapy.
  2. Biotechnology: control of microbial communities.
  3. Agrobiology: influence on plant growth and pathogens.
  4. Fundamental biophysics: exploration of the relationship between energy and information in living systems.

It is theoretically possible to remotely (non-invasively) affect cells using specific frequency-amplitude characteristics of electromagnetic fields, which may:
  • Alter cellular behavior (e.g., in bacteria, neurons, cancer cells);
  • Modulate functions (e.g., enhance antibiotic sensitivity, suppress biofilm growth, block mitosis);
  • Initiate or modulate cellular processes (via resonance, ionic fluxes, dipolar responses, and water interfaces);
  • Without thermal damage (non-invasively, using weak or mid-frequency fields).

Part 2: Information and Metaphysics

In this section, I invite the reader to step beyond conventional scientific perception and explore reality from a broader, philosophical and metaphysical perspective.

Conceptual Sources

The works The Anisotropic Universe and Spirit and Mind, Vol. 1 offer an opportunity to momentarily step away from a strictly materialistic framework and examine the previously described phenomena through the lens of deeper layers of consciousness, energy, and the structural fabric of the cosmos.

  • Article «The Anisotropic Universe» (2002, San Francisco)12
An overview article titled "Psychic Healing and The Anisotropic Universe" can also be found in electronic archives of applied psychology, summarizing the key ideas of the original work.
This piece offers a philosophical alternative to academic cosmology, integrating scientific, energetic, and spiritual principles.
Despite lacking recognition from mainstream science, the book’s ideas resonate within communities of esoteric researchers, practitioners of energy-informational modalities, and proponents of alternative physics.

Key Concepts

  1. Anisotropy Of The Universe
The universe is not homogeneous, as assumed by the standard model of physics.
Its structure exhibits directional non-uniformity - it is anisotropic and dynamic in nature.

2. Hidden Levels Of Matter
Matter exists across multiple “densities” that are invisible to classical observational methods.
These layers interact, generating complex energetic and informational processes.

3. Consciousness As A Field Phenomenon
Consciousness is not produced by the brain, but arises from the interaction of multilayered energetic structures, including subtle bodies.
Thought is regarded as a real energetic influence capable of transforming external reality.

4. Intelligent Evolution Of The Universe
Cosmic evolution is purposeful and directed, with intelligent life - including humans - playing an active role in its unfolding.

5. Cyclicality And Levels Of Reality
The development of the universe unfolds not linearly but cyclically, with transitions between distinct qualitative levels of existence.
These cycles are reflected in the evolution of consciousness, biological forms, and planetary and galactic systems.

This article does not position metaphysics in opposition to science, but rather aims to illustrate how information, energy, and consciousness may be interconnected within a unified, multilayered model of reality. Such an approach has the potential to expand perception and serve as a bridge between scientific technologies and the inner reality of the human being.

  • Book Spirit and Mind, Vol. 1 (1999, San Francisco)13
This work, published under the title Spirit & Mind Vol. 1 (San Francisco, 2000) and available on the Scribd platform, presents a metaphysical model of the human being and the universe, integrating elements of esotericism, energetics, psychophysics, and philosophy.

Brief Summary of the Theory

  1. Multilayered Structure of the Human Being
A human is not merely a physical body but a complex of energetic envelopes-so-called “subtle bodies”-each corresponding to a specific level of perception, consciousness, and interaction with external reality.

2. Consciousness as a Field Structure
Mind and spirit are not products of the brain. Thought arises through the interplay of energetic layers and fields encompassing both physical and non-physical existence.

3. Evolution of the Soul and Mind
Consciousness does not cease after death. The soul acts as an active carrier of information, undergoing multiple incarnations, accumulating experience, and evolving through space and time.

4. Practical Development of Consciousness
The author outlines methods of meditation, energetic alignment, and inner observation as tools for expanding perception and accessing higher levels of consciousness.

5. Worldview: The Anisotropic Universe
The universe is an uneven and directionally organized structure. The human being is not a random product of evolution but a conscious participant in the cosmic process, capable of influencing both personal and universal reality.

Spirit and Mind is an invitation to inner exploration, to expanding the boundaries of perception, and to recognizing one’s role within a reality greater than the purely material.
It serves as a conceptual foundation for understanding how consciousness may function not as a consequence, but as a source of influence on reality.

NASA on Dark Matter 14
According to NASA Science reviews, Dark Matter is an invisible substance responsible for shaping the structure of the universe, outweighing ordinary matter by a factor of 10 to 20 on a cosmic scale.

Data from the Hubble Space Telescope and other observatories indicate that Dark Matter accounts for approximately 90% of the total mass in galaxy clusters and individual galaxies.

We propose to review the types of radiation known to humanity

Important to Note
Some methods (e.g., Reiki, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Naturopathy) are officially recognized by the WHO as complementary.
Others remain unscientific or poorly validated, but are actively used in integrative medicine.

Users of CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine)15
The average annual prevalence of CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine) in global studies is 41.1%, while the lifetime prevalence rate is 51.8%.
In 32 surveys conducted across various countries (USA, UK, China, Australia, etc.), the average level of CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine) usage is 26.4%.16

USA17
Approximately 36% of adults and 12% of children have used CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine) in the past year.
Popular methods include herbal medicine, acupuncture, massage, yoga, meditation, chiropractic, and energy practices (such as Reiki, etc.).

Within the U.S. healthcare system18
In the U.S., leading medical centers (such as the Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic) actively integrate CAM - acupuncture, massage, and Reiki - to support traditional treatments.
In contrast, in other countries (80 out of 129 according to WHO data), acupuncture is officially recognized as part of the national healthcare system.

Regional Differences 19
In some countries in Asia and Africa, up to 80% of the population rely on herbal and traditional medicine as their primary source of healthcare.
In Africa, 60-80% of the population depend on traditional methods - herbs, rituals, and shamanism - for treating themselves and their pets.

Conclusion
Each year, up to 20-40% of the adult population worldwide use CAM, and more than half have used it at some point in their lives.
In the U.S., nearly one in three adults, as well as children, regularly turn to alternative practices.
In several countries, CAM is not uncommon but an integral part of the healthcare system, reaching the majority of the population.

As of this writing, the global population stands at 8,228,289,432. Various studies estimate that 20-40% of people - roughly 1.5 to 3.29 billion - engage with alternative or complementary approaches in some form.

We may reasonably assume that their consciousness is intentionally seeking alternative ways to influence their physical state and inner experience. When such practices are embraced by a significant portion of the global population, this trend begins to resemble a collective pattern rather than a coincidence.

This remarkable scale of engagement suggests a growing global openness to exploring alternative approaches in parallel with conventional frameworks, reflecting an evolving understanding of personal well-being and self-awareness.

This is where we move on to Part No. 3 -to the section that delves into the essence and fundamental principles of our own technology, based on years of experience, experimental data, and a new system of perceiving the interaction with matter.

Part No. 3: The Main Theory and Principles of the World Source of Energetic Homeopathy Project20

Within this project, we are developing several key areas, each based on the principles of resonant interaction and informational transfer.

1. Remote Encoding
Remote encoding includes the theoretical transfer of an informational imprint-related to substances, elements, or conceptual programs-onto a carrier image such as a photograph of water, sugar crystals, dietary supplements, or other materials. This enables the creation of symbolic “information-charged” copies without physical contact.

2. Sugar Globules
Physical granules that may contain one or more informational imprints derived from homeopathic or vibrational concepts. These granules are intended as symbolic carriers, for personal exploratory use only.

3. Resonant Healing
A concept involving remote resonant interaction, in which an informational imprint is theoretically applied to a photograph of a living being. Configurable parameters may include time, frequency, and patterns. This is presented solely for non-medical exploration.

4. Resonant Healing (Audio) - audio branch of the "3. Resonant Healing" technology.
Experimental technology for encoding the informational imprint of a substance into audio format. When such an audio file is played on a phone, it theoretically initiates a resonant effect similar to ingesting "charged" sugar granules. This enables achieving the effect without a physical carrier-solely through sound.

Minimal-Cost Audio Files for Exploratory Use
WSOEH offers two audio tracks for public access at minimal cost, intended for personal energetic exploration.
Dopamine Imprint - an audio recording designed with the informational imprint of dopamine. Conceptually intended to support a sense of clarity, motivation, and energizing awakening - as a symbolic alternative to coffee.
Meditative Sleep Blend - a recording that combines informational patterns associated with calm and restorative states, intended to support relaxed transitions into sleep.
Both files are available on the official website, accompanied by usage guidelines designed to help optimize the experience of informational or energetic resonance. The energy imprint of any element, substance (matter) can be recorded onto video or audio upon individual request - either directly through me or via wsoeh.com.

Core Theory of the Methodology:
Space is heterogeneous, therefore, it continuously varies at every point within it.
There exists so-called subtle (although not truly subtle in essence) matter - also known as Dark Matter - which accounts for 90% of the total mass of all matter in the universe.
Theoretically, it is possible to influence Dark Matter by deforming space in a targeted region over time, since Dark Matter affects both us and cosmic objects, implying that we, in turn, can influence Dark Matter.

If any living or non-living matter (object) can absorb and emit waves (so-called energy), then it is possible to cause an imagined object to behave as desired by deforming the space around or within the object under our influence.

There is a possibility to create devices capable of operating and detecting so-called force/energy fields that exist beyond the visible and known electromagnetic spectrum.
An example of theoretical work involves frequency ranges from 10 to 150 kHz (kilohertz) and voltages from 5 to 30 kilovolts (kV), using sinusoidal or pulsed alternating current to detect these fields.

The potential emerges for using non-invasive and similar methods of information transfer (i.e., spatial-frequency excitation of DNA molecules at both physical and metaphysical levels), which could represent a breakthrough in applying information transmission and spatial deformation at the metaphysical genomic level to alter DNA programming-specifically, transforming destructive DNA programs into positive ones. An example is a radio wave that serves as a carrier of audio information, characterized by specific amplitude, frequency, and wavelength, transmitted through space and subsequently demodulated by a receiving device into the intended sound.

In this context, an imagined living organism can be considered as the receiving device.
It should be emphasized that regardless of the qualitative characteristics of orthogonally polarized and other frequency components of the radiation used, we are dealing with a process of spatial deformation at a given point - a manifestation of the so-called non-living energy that excites space within a specific region.

A living organism, in turn, functions as both a receiving and emitting receptor, capable of absorbing and emitting energy at levels that currently cannot be fully quantified. Modern measuring instruments can capture the frequency characteristics of individual cells, expressed in hertz, yet they are incapable of detecting the metaphysical aspects of these oscillations.

Let us imagine that a living organism is capable of directly interacting with these frequencies without the use of any technical devices and directing them toward another biological entity. This assumption is supported by the fact that every living organism inherently acts as both a source and receiver of a broad spectrum of emissions-some detectable by modern measurement tools, and others beyond current detection capabilities, including, presumably, components associated with the so-called “Dark Matter,” which comprises up to 90% of the universe’s structure.

An adult human body contains approximately 37 trillion cells, and according to our theory, each cell continuously emits and absorbs micro-oscillations of space across multiple levels of reality. These vibrations occur with remarkable frequency and precision, forming a complex system of information exchange between cells, organs, and the external environment. If each cell indeed emits and receives energetic impulses, then at its core, a human being functions as a living biological device-both a receiver and transmitter of information. In this context, other living and even non-living objects can be considered similar informational devices, tuned to their unique frequency ranges.

From this, it follows that a living organism aiming to consciously influence other living or non-living structures must acquire the ability to scan, interpret, and deliberately emit information. This constitutes the essence of controlled energetic interaction-not aggressive intervention, but precise, conscious coupling with the field of another life form or matter. If everything around us is information, and the overwhelming majority of it-those very 90%-cannot be detected by instruments, touched, or directly perceived, this does not prevent us from conducting research in this field.

Particularly valuable are observations of when, how, and at what frequency a living organism interacts with other living or non-living structures. It is within these subtle informational exchanges that the keys to understanding the profound nature of life and its interaction with the surrounding field may be found.

Based on the foregoing, it can be hypothesized that each of the plants used in homeopathy-Abelia longifolia, Abelia schumannii, Abeliophyllum distichum, Abelmoschus esculentus-possesses a unique molecular structure that uniquely distorts the surrounding space. This deformation carries not only physicochemical properties but also informational-energetic characteristics capable of resonating with the human biofield.

Since each person is a complex conglomerate of cells with their own molecular and energetic characteristics, the influence of the same molecular structure will elicit varying responses. In other words, each substance affects the surrounding space uniquely-and this space, in turn, impacts each individual differently based on their unique resonance. It is within this interaction that the profound effect of living systems sensitive to frequency, form, and field manifests.
Let us assume that each of the plants-Abelia longifolia, Abelia schumannii, Abeliophyllum distichum, and Abelmoschus esculentus-possesses a unique crystalline structure corresponding to a specific numerical code, akin to a passive hologram at the metaphysical level. These numerical codes, reflecting the energetic-informational nature of the plant, can be interpreted as imprints of its vibrational presence in space.

If such a numerical imprint is conceptually applied to the metaphysical molecular structure of an individual’s DNA-taking into account their unique energetic profile-it may be theorized to initiate a symbolic or experiential reaction, potentially perceived at the level of consciousness, subjective energy flow, or personal balance. In this context, each plant may act as an informational resonator, evoking an individualized energetic response based on subtle resonance with one’s internal informational blueprint.

This technology is based on this principle. We take any element capable of inducing deformation in the informational field of space, scan it, and extract a specific set of energetic parameters-an energetic "imprint," a kind of vibrational code. This code can then be recorded, for example, onto a neutral carrier such as ordinary sugar pellets.

For example, we have conceptually transferred the energetic imprint of coffee onto sugar granules. Chemically, the resulting product consists solely of sugar-laboratory analysis would detect no trace of coffee or any other substance. However, from a metaphysical perspective, these granules are considered to carry the informational signature of coffee.

Theoretically, if a living being has a positive association with coffee and a sufficient level of energetic sensitivity, placing 2-3 of these informational sugar granules under the tongue in the morning may symbolically replicate aspects of the coffee experience. Some users report a subtle sense of clarity or alertness-not due to chemical action, but as a response to the encoded energetic program rather than the physical substance itself.
Such an imprint, whether applied to sugar pellets or transmitted remotely onto a photograph of a selected object, may symbolically contain representations of multiple energetic programs, substances, or elements.

According to our observations, approximately 5% of individuals appear to show no sensitivity to this type of Energetic Resonance and may not perceive any noticeable response-further emphasizing the individualized nature of perception and the non-physical, metaphysical character of the technology.

Advantages of This Technology:
• Conceptual transmission of informational imprints-symbolic representations of elements or substances-without physical contact.
• Non-local symbolic programming of the so-called meta-genome, with no limitations in range or carrier type.
• Encoding of selected informational patterns into the metaphysical structure of DNA-either remotely or through physical carriers such as sugar granules, including those associated with rejuvenation themes.
• Safe for exploratory use-granules contain only sugar as a physical base, with no added active ingredients (excluding individual sensitivity to sugar).
• Theoretical influence is directed at the energetic or informational field, without direct interaction with the physical body, and involves no radiation or invasive procedures.
• May be explored in parallel with other approaches or wellness practices; not intended as a substitute for professional healthcare.
• For individuals with reduced energetic sensitivity, physical sugar granules are available and may serve as tangible symbolic tools; international delivery is supported.
• The approach requires no change in lifestyle or routine and is accessible for individual use without specialized training.

Additional Information (Outside Main Sections)
We respectfully acknowledge the scientific achievements of the global community as a monumental contribution to the development of the foundational knowledge base on which our perspective is also built.

Any form of energetic or informational interaction must be voluntary-nothing should, nor can, occur without the conscious agreement of the individual involved.
Such interaction is considered appropriate only with the full and informed consent of the recipient.

If all reality is composed of energy, and the living being operates as a perceptive receiver, then-through intention and volition-it may be possible to initiate programs aimed at internal energetic regulation. This may include symbolic processes associated with rebalancing, informational reactivation, or concepts akin to rejuvenation.

Following such metaphysical interaction, the organism is believed to continue its self-guided energetic adjustment, unfolding any embedded informational patterns in alignment with its own natural rhythm.

This technology is not part of traditional medicine, nor is it related to suggestion, autosuggestion, or placebo effects. It is presented as a conceptual approach based on working with microspace oscillations-intended to interact with the informational and energetic field of a living system on a symbolic level.
