My Final Thoughts on This Diet - and Its Powerful Benefits- This diet is nothing short of a miracle.
I began to hear, see, and feel the world more vividly. The air felt cleaner and even tasted better, food became richer in flavor, my sleep improved, and my mind became calmer and more focused.
