Vagal Index (Vagal Activity Index)The Vagal Index reflects how well the parasympathetic nervous system is functioning—the part of the nervous system responsible for rest, recovery, relaxation, and stress reduction.
When the value is high and within a healthy range, it generally indicates that:
- The body recovers well after physical or mental exertion.
- The heart responds efficiently to changes within the body.
- Chronic stress levels are relatively low.
- Sleep and recovery processes are functioning normally.
- The cardiovascular system tends to be more resilient and stable.
You can think of the vagus nerve as the body's "brake pedal." A strong Vagal Index suggests that this brake system is working effectively and can help calm the body after stress or physical activity.
HRV Index (Heart Rate Variability Index)HRV (Heart Rate Variability) measures the variation in time intervals between heartbeats.
At first glance, it may seem that the heart should beat with perfect regularity. However, in a healthy person, the intervals between beats naturally vary slightly. This variability is a sign that the nervous system can flexibly adapt to changing conditions.
A high and healthy HRV generally indicates that:
- The risk of fatigue and chronic stress is lower;
- Overall health and resilience are typically better;
- The body adapts well to physical and mental stress;
- The nervous system is functioning in a balanced state;
- There is a strong reserve of energy and recovery resources.
Low HRV is often associated with:
- Illness;
- Sleep deprivation;
- High levels of stress;
- Physical or mental exhaustion;
- Excessive training or overtraining.
In simple terms, HRV is one of the key indicators of the body's ability to adapt, recover, and maintain physiological balance.
In other words, a catastrophically tired person in the middle of the night, after placing the specified finger on the Matrix Card, received a surge of energy and energetic recovery.
This may sound like science fiction, but don't rush to conclusions, let's continue.
Absolutely all participants experienced a sharp rise or drop in heart rate during their first contact with the Matrix Card while being tested. At that point, none of the participants had performed any breathing exercises. It was simply a matter of placing a finger on a special crystal and taking measurements in the middle of the night. Among the male participants, a sharp increase in heart rate was observed.
The male participants experienced a sharp spike in heart rate.
