Nearly 99% of today’s energy healing methods are based on a flawed concept: when a healer “heals” another person, they often share their own energy field with the client. This energetic exchange may seem compassionate, but it’s actually dangerous for both sides.

Imagine this: a healer works with a client who suffers from a severe illness, for example, stage 3 cancer. During the session, the healer opens their energy field and allows part of the client’s energetic distortion to enter their own. What happens next? Over time, the healer’s field becomes polluted, weakened, and drained. Within a few years, that same healer may feel like a squeezed lemon, physically exhausted, spiritually depleted, or even ill themselves.

The Three Types of Healers

Let’s be honest, most healers today fall into one of three categories:

1. Closed Healers - those who protect themselves completely, staying emotionally and energetically detached. They don’t get harmed, but they also don’t truly connect with the client.
2. Superficial Healers - those who smile on the outside, act compassionate, but deep inside are indifferent. Their work lacks authenticity.
3. Conscious Healers - the rare few who truly understand how to channel energy without sharing or absorbing the client’s pain. They know how to heal through the field, not with their field.

If you’re lucky enough to find a healer of the third kind, hold on to them, they know what they’re doing. Out of half a million self-proclaimed healers worldwide, only a handful truly understand how energy fields and multidimensional structures work.

What Energy Psychology Still Doesn’t Understand (it's just one example out of a thousand)

I first encountered energy psychology back in 2006. Recently, in November 2025, I watched a free course on the subject, and I was shocked. After 19 years, the field hasn’t moved an inch in understanding the true nature of the Universe, the multidimensional human essence, and the structure of the soul.

Yes, these practitioners contribute a lot to alternative healing, and they deserve gratitude for that. But the fact remains: many still operate within outdated paradigms that ignore how energy fields deform space and influence both healer and client on subtle levels.

The Unseen Universe: Trillions of Subtle Matters Around Us

Around us exist trillions of invisible forms of matter, and no, that’s not a typo. There are trillions upon trillions, even dodecillions, of subtle layers of existence interwoven throughout the Universe.

Our current civilization, despite its technological progress, still operates on one of the lowest levels of universal awareness. Humanity, in its semi-technocratic and spiritually immature stage, is able to consciously interact with only seven layers of matter.

Some rare individuals, those with expanded perception or higher spiritual sensitivity, can connect with eight or nine. And a few, the rarest among us, can resonate with even more layers. But meeting such "a person" in your lifetime, let alone receiving healing from them, is almost impossible.

That’s why those who continue to promote the paradigm of “sharing your field,” “entering the client’s energy,” or “inviting spirits into the self” reveal their fundamental misunderstanding of how the Universe and its multidimensional structure truly operate.

They don’t grasp even one one-hundred-thousandth of an inch of how subtle matter functions, how it interconnects, transforms, and sustains the fabric of existence itself. In truth, energy healing is not about blending or exchanging personal energy fields.

The Future of Conscious Healing

Conscious healing is not about transferring energy from one person to another, it’s about creating resonance and allowing universal energy to do the work naturally. This is the future of energy healing: understanding, alignment, and awareness.

But there’s more. True healing also means working with the deeper programs that exist within the client’s multidimensional reality. A skilled healer doesn’t just balance the surface energy field, they activate the client’s inner self-regulation system, gently initiating a process of self-recovery and energetic regeneration.

In this way, the healer becomes not a “savior,” but a catalyst, someone who helps the client’s higher levels of consciousness remember how to heal themselves. The true art of healing is not in giving your energy away, but in helping another person reconnect with their own universal source of vitality.
