To become energetically youthful according to my perspective, first separate your subtle bodies (or entities) from impurity or "skverna/corruption." And then we transmit the age that we ourselves transmit (program) to ourselves in this regard.

A person has:

5. Awareness - this is the KNOWLEDGE of universal laws, which works independently of something. This is the human immune system. And this "consciousness-awareness" is located in the bone marrow. The bone marrow produces onco-killer cells and the main immune cells.

This is the only and main structure of the human consciousness device from the point of view of energy-cosmo-biology of the brain. And when a person purifies himself and performs simple positive actions - he comes to rejuvenation.

Simple steps you need to take:

1. Cleanse the physical body;
2. Separate the entity's bodies from skverna (literally in English "skverna" - study in detail what skverna is);

3. Understand what the oil is and how to raise it;
4. Realize, learn to manage, and engage all five levels of consciousness;
5. Start living and fully commit to the good of other people;
6. Place the energy program into your fourth and third consciousness;
7. Start tracking changes;
8. Rejoice in the changes.

You can try to shorten the path even more to -
be done is to prepare the physical body for changes and start these changes. Simply separate the entity's bodies (psi-bodies) from filth.
