Alcohol Experiments: A Surprising Energetic DisruptionFirst, a clear disclaimer:I do not drink alcohol-at all. I don’t smoke either. Not socially, not occasionally, and not for any amount of money. It’s a personal and conscious choice I’ve maintained for years.
However, as part of my self-experimentation journey, I ran a few trials between 2012 and 2024. During this period, I was consistently training: weightlifting, aerobic activity, high performance-everything dialed in.
Then, intentionally, I introduced minimal amounts of alcohol to observe the effects.- In the first experiment, I drank just one glass of champagne.
- In the second, only a few sips of beer.
Before either experiment, I could easily perform 38 push-ups in a single set. But after consuming alcohol in both cases, my performance plummeted to 20-25 push-ups, and worse-it took up to 6 months to fully recover my original strength levels.
That was a wake-up call. It seemed that just a few sips were enough to severely disrupt my energetic channels, leaving me depleted for months. From this, I concluded that some elements present in alcohol may strongly interfere with my energy systems-and potentially anyone’s, though sensitivity may vary.
Important note:I am not promoting any stance on alcohol or drugs-neither for nor against. I hold no bias toward alcohol/drugs brands or industries. This is not advice, nor a judgment. What you choose is entirely up to your comfort, your body, and your values. I’m simply sharing what happened to me.
No Pills, No Painkillers - Just Energy WorkI don’t take any kind of pills, drugs, or pharmaceuticals-not ever. Recently, I had a wisdom tooth extraction, and for the first five days, I was in excruciating pain. It felt like a personal version of hell-constant inflammation, sharp nerve pain, and absolutely no relief. But still, I chose not to take any painkillers.
What changed everything was something I created: an energetic orbs I call Sugar Globules (Today, this technology is owned by WSOEH, and I serve as its so-called exclusive distributor), infused with a specific energetic imprint. On day five, after intense suffering, I finally used it-and to my surprise, I was able to adjust my energetic field and significantly reduce the pain I had been experiencing.
Interestingly, the solution came thanks to a close loved one, who gently asked me: “Why don’t you just make something for yourself?” I was in so much pain, I hadn’t even thought of that. For most of my life, I’ve always put others first and myself second - and this time, it cost me. The tooth pain was a direct result of that pattern.
The conclusion from all of this is that alcohol completely clogged my energy channels, preventing me from fully showing my strength during training. But even in this alcohol-blocked state, my energetic system still activated and managed to block the pain from a tooth extraction. This means that everything I do with energy definitely works - at least for me and my close ones.
Let’s Jump Ahead to the Good PartBy now, dear reader, you’ve probably gathered that I kept myself quite busy-pushing my body, experimenting, and testing its limits in every possible way. I’ve conducted over a thousand self-experiments over the years, but I won’t go into all of them here. To keep this article focused-and not turn it into a full autobiography-let’s fast-forward straight to the most exciting part of the journey. The thought may seem unfinished after my previous story about the decline of strength, but that’s only at first glance. In Part 2, I will lay everything out clearly.
Part 2: The Defining Years - 2024 & 2025Until 2024, all of my energetic developments, as well as those of my close collaborators, remained entirely private-known only to ourselves and a small circle of trusted family and friends. But in 2024, something shifted. I began actively testing some of these breakthroughs on myself. Soon after, several of my close friends and loved ones joined me on this path. Looking back, they all say it was one of the best decisions they've made, and their results speak for themselves.
Physical Performance as a Mirror of Biological AgeAt the end of 2024, my physical performance had plateaued. I could do no more than 35-39 push-ups per minute (usually in about 40-45 seconds). After drinking alcohol, I was only able to do 20-25 push-ups.
Now (June-July 2025), six months later, after reducing my biological age to 26, I’ve seen a clear and measurable improvement (thanks to the practices I’ll be sharing with you in the sections below):
- On my best days, especially when the sun is out, I can now perform 51-53 push-ups in about 40-45 seconds.
- On cloudy or low-energy days, I still manage 49-50 reps-a consistent and noticeable increase.
These improvements are not just numbers - they reflect deeper energetic alignment, better muscular efficiency, and overall restored energetic vitality.
