Biological Age Reduction Through Energy - Myth or Reality?

Abstract
This article provides a detailed explanation of how the technology principle for reducing energetic-bio age works. No fantasy, no medical or magic - only energy. Moreover, as of July 2025, we have entered a new era, the so-called Era of Light, which will last for 26,000 years.

The kind of information you will find in this article, I believe, cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

Part 1: 300 different hypotheses about aging

Around the world, scientists have proposed more than 300 different hypotheses1 about aging, yet not a single universally accepted theory exists. Without a solid scientific theory, the idea of achieving radical life extension remains unrealistic. In this article, we present unique, world-unparalleled information that forms the foundation of innovative energetic-bio age technology.
To develop a comprehensive theory, several key steps are required:
• Formulate a clear and testable hypothesis.
• Conduct a thorough literature review to determine whether a similar hypothesis has already been proposed.
• Perform experimental testing to evaluate if the hypothesis holds up under scrutiny.
• Confirm or reject the hypothesis based on the results.
• If confirmed, formalize the findings into an emerging scientific theory.
Scientific research process illustrating steps from hypothesis formulation, literature review, experimental testing, to confirmation and development of a new theory
To develop the theory of radical life extension, it was necessary to review the evolutionary history of lifespan changes.
Approximately 300 million years ago0, at the boundary between the Paleozoic and Mesozoic eras, there was a significant increase in lifespan across many species - both plants and animals.

For example, plants such as Giant Sequoias (Sequoiadendron giganteum) appeared with lifespans of up to 6,000 years, while certain amphibians like Elephant Turtles can live up to 250 years.

Humanity emerged during the decline of this evolutionary leap. In other words, humans appeared after this major shift, and under current Earth conditions, a natural human lifespan exceeding 120 years seems unlikely.
Evolutionary history of lifespan showing Paleozoic to Mesozoic era increase, with Giant Sequoias living 6000 years, Elephant Turtles 250 years, and human lifespan limited to 120 years
While some oak trees can live for 1,200 years, they still do not approach the 6,000-year lifespan of the giant sequoia.

Conclusion #1: Since the leap in lifespan occurred simultaneously in both plants and animals, and prior to this event lifespans did not exceed 40 years for either group, Leningrad biologist Sinitsyna suggested this phenomenon may have been triggered by a supernova explosion and a radiation burst lasting approximately 600,000 years, influencing the emergence of new gymnosperm and reptilian species.

Conclusion #2: Since this shift occurred relatively rapidly in evolutionary terms - within approximately 600,000 years or less - it is reasonable to hypothesize that it was not caused by the structural emergence of unique longevity genes, which would require extended periods of change. Instead, it may have resulted from faster alterations at the level of genome regulation in living organisms.
Immortal Agave Tequilana2
We have identified an experiment that supports our theory at the level of genome regulation on meta-levels, involving the plant Agave tequilana.

The Agave tequilana grows for nine years in a vegetative state, and in the tenth year it produces a tall generative shoot - a flower reaching up to 10 meters in height - bearing around ten thousand small blossoms.

After flowering, the plant dies. This life cycle makes it monocarpic, meaning it completes its reproductive process only once before death.
Agave tequilana life cycle experiment showing nine years of vegetative growth, 10 meter flowering stalk with ten thousand blossoms, and monocarpic death after reproduction
A similar example is found in the Pacific salmon, which spawns once and then dies - these fish are also classified as monocarpic.

At the main botanical garden in Germany, an unusual event took place involving Agave tequilana. The plant’s seeds were expected to mature but remained undeveloped. Scientists decided to cut the entire upper flowering stalk (highlighted in red in the image). After some time, the lower section (highlighted in a vertical gray oval) regenerated on its own.
The Agave then began reforming the flower from scratch. Researchers repeated the procedure, cutting the stalk again, just as in the first attempt. This cycle of cutting and regeneration continued for 90 years.

Under natural conditions, this monocarpic plant lives about 10 years: it flowers once, produces seeds, and then dies. However, in this case, the plant was prevented from completing its reproductive phase. By repeatedly pruning the flowering stalk, scientists effectively "looped" the Agave at its final year of life, extending its lifespan from the typical 10 years to an extraordinary 90 years.

During this unprecedented period, several generations of researchers involved in the experiment passed away, yet the Agave continued to live. The final scientist to oversee the project concluded: “I will not continue this experiment - too many generations of scientists have already passed, and the Agave is still alive. We have no idea what we are doing, and this could go on indefinitely.”

Most modern life-extension methods increase lifespan by only 15-20%.
In contrast, German scientists managed to extend the lifespan of Agave tequilana by an extraordinary 900%. To unlock the true potential of such a result, one must step back from the experiment, draw precise conclusions, and abstract deeply enough to apply these insights to human longevity research.
Immortal Amoeba Proteus3
Single-celled organisms are considered by scientists to be effectively immortal. They live and reproduce through simple mitosis, where the cell’s nucleus splits in half.
For example, an amoeba divides by simple fission, producing two smaller amoebas instead of one larger one. In amoebas, there is no observable aging process - the smaller cells grow and divide again, continuing this cycle indefinitely. This makes them appear as if they are biologically immortal.
Amoeba proteus immortal life cycle showing single cell dividing by mitosis into two daughter amoebas with no aging process, illustrating biological immortality
In this experiment and illustrations, we focus on a specific amoeba shown in the accompanying photo. The goal is to preserve its life indefinitely, even though in nature it survives for only about two days (Western scientists often measure an amoeba’s lifespan in seconds). After this period, the amoeba divides - and it always does so with remarkable precision, right down to the exact second when its division cycle arrives.
If an amoeba is maintained at a constant temperature of +26 °C (as demonstrated in an experiment conducted by Soviet scientists in the 1930s) and placed in a carefully prepared concentration of rice broth in which it floats and feeds, it will begin dividing under these conditions with precise timing, splitting into two smaller amoebas exactly to the second.
These two small amoebas have only one day left before their next cell division. A researcher takes a pipette and, in the specified area (highlighted in red in the image), begins aspirating the cytoplasm using gentle twisting movements.
Experiment with Amoeba proteus showing cell division cycle at constant 26 °C in rice broth, Soviet 1930s study with cytoplasm aspiration using pipette for immortalization research
If instead of using a pipette a section of the amoeba (highlighted by red dashed lines) is physically cut, its internal contents spill out. However, when cytoplasm is aspirated with a pipette, the amoeba forms a new cell boundary (marked with red dashed lines).

The unexpected discovery was that the amoeba could not divide normally when a mass defect was present - because a portion of its cytoplasm had been removed. Following this, the amoeba began regenerating from the newly formed boundaries (red dashed lines) back to its original dimensions, as marked by the solid red line.

Scientists repeated this cytoplasm extraction experiment every two days. In total, the mass-removal process continued for 130 days. As a result, the amoeba survived for 130 days instead of its natural lifespan of just 2 days - an increase of approximately 6,400%, or 65 times its normal life expectancy.

Let’s step away from pure science for a moment and move to my own discoveries
When I was studying all of this, one question came to mind: Is it possible to give my physical body an “energetic program” - essentially a meta-level program for the brain - that would trigger a process of weight reduction?

The idea is that by losing weight, my body tissues would become biologically younger, as my body might “believe” it had returned to a previous, younger state.

However, here a certain paradox arises: When losing weight, the body might interpret itself as younger and try to “pull” the body back in biological age. But there are meta-level processes stored in the brain that say my body, according to certain parameters, should not weigh less than about 5 kg (≈11 lbs) - or more realistically, it should remain at my current normal weight, for example, 90 kg (≈198 lbs) rather than 5 kg (≈11 lbs).

From my perspective, we have energetic meta-levels of the body that are directly connected to the physical body. Altering information at the meta level is extremely challenging, but changing the physical body is entirely possible - for example, through diet, healthy nutrition, weight reduction, or aerobic and high-intensity training.

As an attentive reader may recall, in my article Bio-Age Rewind: How I Got 17 Years Younger in Half a YearI described how I was able to reduce my Metabolic Age from 35 to 31 in just 30 days - primarily through weight loss.

And I thought - if you can control your weight, you can control your age. However, not everyone is able to manage their weight; for some, it is simply not possible due to psychological or physiological factors. The question then becomes: how can this be done so that it works for everyone - or almost everyone?

The continuation of this idea and its practical realization - along with the story of how I reduced my age by 16 years in just 6 months solely through theory and energetic implementation - will be covered later in this article and Conclusion #3: My weight affects my personal health, age, and strength, but I cannot always control it.
Part 2: Let's explore how we can achieve this younger age - or can we?

Madhu Sudan Kanungo "Gene expression theory of Aging".
In the world of science, there was an outstanding and brilliant mind named Madhu Sudan Kanungo. He began his career in India and later moved to the United States to the University of Illinois (Urbana) for
an in-depth study of science. He lectured on biochemistry and aging in America. Afterwards, he put forth his own Kanungo Theory (you can see the quintessence of this theory in the image).
Madhu Sudan Kanungo Gene Expression Theory of Aging illustration showing scientific concept of gene regulation and aging process, developed at University of Illinois
Explanation of the Kanungo Theory: Every organism goes through 3 stages: A (growth), B (reproduction), and C (aging). If during stage A, certain products are generated, they trigger the next stage, B. Likewise, during stage B, its own products (highlighted in gray) are produced, which initiate stage C. So, F1 and F2 represent direct connections that function within this theory.

Since these direct connections, F1 and F2, come into play, according to estimates by demographers and researchers, the total number of deceased individuals to date throughout Earth's history is around 100-110 billion people (and people continue to pass away). This happens because an organism inherently strives (encoded in it's genome) to grow (stage A), reproduce (stage B), and eventually perish (stage C and beyond).
Life looping, like a stuck record on a phonograph.

In a phonograph, for instance, you can take a nail and start manipulating the record (the playback process). Based on these experiences and the example with phonograph records, we introduced the concept of a 'critical level'.

At stage A1, there's a struggle for product. The concentration needs to be above critical, and it's only above this critical level that stage A2 begins.
Life looping concept illustrated with phonograph record analogy, showing stages A1 and A2 where concentration must exceed a critical level to progress beyond stuck cycle
Here arises the question: how can I/we remove “excessive mass,” much like in the case of the Mexican agave? As the mass concentration decreases, the biological entity can neither move forward toward aging nor remain stable with insufficient mass.

I then thought that I needed to create a meta-level program in which my physical body weight would remain constant - or nearly constant - while, at the meta level, my weight would be significantly lower. More precisely, the information and energies at the meta level would be one thing, while on the physical level they would be another. And this, in theory, could “hack” the system.

As a result, the energetic-bio age begins to decrease. We are essentially making age move backward, and the biological essence of X technology lies in reactivating the previously completed stage A1 or by reverting back to stage A1, so that the body “thinks,” “Yes, we are still young,” because at the meta level (the level of energies) our weight remains low.

In simple terms, I thought We needed to create a energetic/informational program that activates a group of meta-genes (DNA at the meta-level - non-physical) that trigger stage A1 again. From there, my organism moves through stages A2 and B2, goes back to B1, and returns to A1.
In this way, both the feedback loop (red arrow) and the direct connection (gray arrow) become active. An easy analogy is a stuck record on a turntable - except here, the looping inside the human meta-level body can occur an infinite number of times.

Philosophers say that we are made of eternal matter. But then we must ask: if we are made of eternal matter, why are we not eternal ourselves?

I say it is because matter simply transitions from one form to another (from A to D in the diagram).
Diagram of human meta-level feedback loop with red and gray arrows, illustrating infinite looping like a stuck record on a turntable and matter transition from A to D
I say that I do not wish for my live to transition from A to C and D (from living to non-living).
At point 0, the merging of male and female cells occurs, triggering a program and generating the force F1. This force pulls from point 0 (birth) to point D (death). Beyond that, this force can do nothing else.

This force has two absolute characteristics: a direction vector and a specific magnitude (the force of pull). It represents the driving force behind the aging process, carrying us from birth to the end.
Everyone knows the vector of this force (aging and death), but nobody knew the force of pull (F1).

When we understand the magnitude of force F1 (the force of pull), we can artificially create F2 with an absolute magnitude greater than F1, artificially crafting the vector F2 in the opposite direction. As one possible option, for example, to set a weight-reduction program at the meta level.

So, when the info-meta-level program is administered to my body, it initiates the reversal of the individual from position B back to position A - as you can see in my tests described in the article Bio-Age Rewind: How I Got 17 Years Younger in Half a Year.

In other words, the resultant of forces F2 and F1 is directed backward - from death side to birth.
Diagram showing aging force F1 pulling toward death and opposing force F2 reversing vector toward birth, illustrating bio-age rewind and meta-level weight reduction program
This does not mean that it is a “pill against death” or a “Holy Grail.” It simply means that I was able to adjust my meta-genome and roll back my energetic-bio age by 16.9 years over the course of several months and a few cycles.
In simple terms, about the technology.
This hook attaches the energetic age at the energetic level to F1 and then propels it back using F2 toward point A. In other words, the force F2 works against the gradient - from bottom to top, against the flow, moving from old age toward youth.

This creates a rollback from the current age toward zero. Energetic F1 itself is always present in a living organism from birth, discretely pulling a person toward aging.
F2 is designed to loop with the hook, stretching the energetic age into the next cycle - something that can be embedded through an energetic program.
Meta-genome rollback diagram showing energetic age hook linking to force F1 and counterforce F2 propelling backward toward youth, reversing aging gradient by 16.9 years
It is important for me that the first natural progression of age through my life, from A to B, occurs in the usual manner and is recognized by my organism. Then, when the rollback from B to A takes place (and your age is looped - i.e., after applying meta-programs), the second progression from A to B begins again (after throwing back the energetic age).

It is important for me that the first natural progression of energetic age through my life, from A to B, occurs in the usual manner and is recognized by my organism. Then, when my rollback from B to A takes place (and my energetic age is looped - i.e., after applying meta-programs), the second progression from A to B begins again (after throwing back the energetic age).
This means that, theoretically, the segment from A to B can be repeated multiple times, effectively looping the energetic age.

This understanding took more than 30 years of experiments and developments by our researchers, along with over 20 years of my own studies, to bring this desire into reality in my life.

I once said, “I want to reduce my energetic-bio age using only energetic programs,” and I’ve done it - the results of this theory can be seen in my other articles: “Bio-Age Rewind: How I Got 17 Years Younger in Half a Year” and “Telomeres and Timelessness: How I Upgraded My DNA with the Age Forever Program (Cycling Division)”.

At the time of writing this article, I am 37 years old chronologically, but according to blood tests from a respected American laboratory and dozens of other assessments, my biological age is estimated to be between 15-17 and 25.

Conclusion #5: This technology is like a stretched rubber band with a hook at the end. Alternatively, it can be compared to a piece of energy carrying a program that must align with the energy level of the meta-DNA (non-physical) of a specific object.

My philosophical conclusion #6: This is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. I am not claiming that it will help everyone or work for everyone - it may help no one. It may not work for anyone, or it may work for someone partially (it is unpredictable and no one knows this, I don’t know this). I make no guarantees that it will work for you. While it worked for me and my close ones, that does not mean it will work for you.
